The Ritz Trio had a fabulous evening performing at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh – a great wedding and events location!
The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is a scientific centre for the study of plants, their diversity and conservation. It also provides a great weddings and events location. The Ritz Trio certainly added to the spectacle of the location. They performed in the Palm House for Patrons of the Royal Botanic Garden, which provided perfect acoustic for their relaxed style of music. Patrons were shown plans for a £70 million project to build a new Glasshouse, the overall project is anticipated to take seven years to complete.
In reason years the Ritz Trio have played at many weddings and corporate events in the beautiful grounds of the Garden and most recently the Trio where invited to perform at the venue by Lisa Gillespie, Development Manager at the Royal Botanic Garden. It was lovely seeing Lisa again as the Ritz Trio played at her wedding 10 years ago at Solsgirth House!
Each year the Ritz Trio will perform at over 50 weddings and corporate events across Scotland. The music ranges from Swing and Rat Pack to some fun arrangements of a few more popular tunes such as It Must Be Love, Love Love, My Guy and Can’t Take My Eyes Off You to name a few!
Guest saxophonist, Laura McDonald joined the group for the event at the Botanics, which was a treat for all!
