The Ritz Trio have performed at Crossbasket Castle on a number of occasions since it opened.

There are a number of options the Ritz Trio offer when providing daytime wedding music at Crossbasket Castle.

We commonly play during the drinks reception in the grounds or public rooms.
We particularly enjoy playing outside which is both beautiful and sheltered – great acoustics for the music!

For your drinks reception The Ritz Trio play music ranging from Swing and Rat Pack to some fun arrangements of a few more popular tunes such as “It Must Be Love, Love Love” “My Guy” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” to name a few.

We also have a special selection of tunes ideal for wedding ceremonies which sometimes uses the services of a classical violinist able to play some of the more requested ceremony pieces such as Pachelbel Canon In D.

General Crossbasket Castle Information

We really enjoy getting booked to play at this stunning 17th-century castle that has been transformed into a five-star hotel. It is located just 20 minutes from Glasgow and is steeped in history. The Castle is surrounded by a magnificent estate and has nine beautiful bedrooms, one of which is a four-storey tower suite dating back to the 16th-century. Each of the rooms is uniquely decorated with lavish period features.
